Maybe the legislative victories for Bitcoin have not been there yet but with this case ending the SEC philosophy of Regulation by Enforcement which hurt everyone and helped no one. Crypto was just the easiest path for Federal Government overreach to go after something they failed to pass actual laws on. Even if you hate crypto this wasnt just a crypto issue this was going to encompass more and more and grow like a tumor.
