Mets struggled with the white Sox this past week
reply
That's baseball. Good teams struggle with bad teams sometimes. Other than the Phillies and Cubs none of top NL teams are playing well right now.
reply
I been following baseball more because of this survivor pool. Plus the ESPN app pushes Mets scores in my face every so when I saw they gave up 9 runs to the Sox in like WTH
reply
The Blue Jays beat the Padres 14-0 and then scored 6 runs total in 5 games and then won last night 12-0. The Mets are better than the Jays but it's just an example of the streaks and extremes that can occur in the game.

Bats go hot and cold. Soto is as cold as ice I have read
reply
Soto has been a disappointment so far as a Met. He hasn't been bad but nowhere near the production of last year or the massive contract. I am sure he will turn it around.
Didn't the Mets take the series from the Phils?
reply
And the dodgers?
reply
Yes they did. Mets are good. They might be better than the Phillies by the end of the season but I don’t think they are better than the Dodgers.
