I just created the account, if I buy 10 shares the total price would be about 5 satoshis and if I buy 100 it would be 50 sats?

Approximately the price for 10 - 100 YES shares will be around 0.45 sats per share. And 0.55 sats per share for NO.

The more shares you buy, the more the price increases.

We use LMSR AMM(automated market maker), the prices rise dynamically as the demand goes up.
