Turner is a beast so not surprised by them.
Yeah I do think data centers are propping up the market and causing price rise for other types of construction due to lack of competition
Yeah I still think the rates being high is really tough for construction companies who need access to credit to make payroll and order supplies.
I wonder where Clark construction is at on this list. Skanska too
Thanks Totally agree Turner continues to dominate no surprise there Skanska not being in the top 10 is surprising especially given their strong U.S. presence they were #12 last year, so either their revenue dipped or they got edged out by fast risers like HITT.
Clark Construction is another big player that’s often right on the edge of the top 10. Wouldn’t be surprised if they’re hovering just outside maybe in the #11–#13 range.
