green coffee you mean unroasted beans?
You can always try to post an offer Ad-post in the ~AGORA marketplace and see if someone is willing to ship to NZ
Yes that's what I mean - I like to roast them myself- I have asked the guy I get them from currently if he would consider accepting Bitcoin and he says hes considering it but has not said yes yet. Hoping he will! I think it would probably cost too much to ship from overseas to New Zealand to make viable for offshore coffee bean suppliers, although maybe someone on the east coast of Australia could?

I don't know, ask :)
I'll be opening soon a sellers club, you can have a little taste here #998773
From my perspective, even if you find nice green coffee from Central or South America, the cost of the shipping will be taken into account when you sell the finished product in NZ as a basically "unique product".
Hope your current provider will accept bitcoin son. Maybe consider helping him setting up a wallet and sharing learning materials

Yes I have pointed him toward a NZ business here that help enable LN acceptance- lightningpay.nz but I probably need to contact him again to see if hes done anything toward enabling BTC acceptance. He does have a great range of green beans from Africa and Central/South America so I hope he will. I'm not wanting to set up as a coffee bean importer seller myself...too many other projects already on the go!
