So the bot feeds from here. So unfortunately not every post can be crossposted to X and nostr. But I figured out that every post that receives 2+ comments or 2+ zaps get a position in the 

 page. So there is a fair chance that everyone can get featured in X and Nostr.

- **Limitation #1**: The bot runs every 1 hour but the small problem is that I only found the RSS Feed for the ~HealthAndFitness territory's top filter posts at https://stacker.news/~HealthAndFitness/rss

- **Limitation #2**: The X developer account allows bots to post only **17 posts/day**. But the good thing is that there is no such limitation for Nostr posting :)
