As I understand the givingblock works as an intermediary offering a platform for individuals to donate to these ngos. The question is can we trust thegivingblock? How can we ensure the funds go to these nonprofits?

You could potentially add a feature for users to rate or vote that would show the relays proven to be solid and stable

Besides the performance (latency, load speed, etc) I would propose if the nostr posts that you see from using a private relay are more appropriate and aligned to your taste/things you like than using a free one. Not sure if this would require changes in the way the timeline shows but essentially your experience would be better as you would be seeing more interesting things from people you follow

I think they might use a basket of commodities to peg the currency as Brazil is strong in Food and Oil, Russia in Oil and Gas, India in Oil, diamonds, Gold and China in plastics, iron and steel
