Why not just trust the amount of tips/sats? This would allow more spam to come in, but would make the algorithm more transparent and “trustless”.

I expected they were sorted by sats, in descending order, but it seems they are not. Is that because they are divided by a factor due to the time of posting as explained in the FAQs? Many thanks for any clarification !
