Ordain launched today. A commissioner posts a bounty and a brief for a short film. Creators compete to make it. The winner is decided by a split vote: half commissioner, half ranked choice among the submitting creators. Payment settles over Lightning.

Five founding commissions went live, $100 to $1,000. Five minutes or less. Open to anyone, anywhere, any tools. Submissions close March 23.

One commission that should interest this community: Proof of Energy ($500) asks filmmakers to visualize captured methane from a city landfill through combustion, into electricity powering ASIC miners, through to a validated Bitcoin block. From waste to wallet.
