Thats crazy. With Unchained multisig, you can just move your BTC out of their "vaults" any time you like. It is just a normal on-chain transaction that you control.
If you are a command-line enthusiast, check out gopass. Really nice, and uses git to sync across machines.
Will these ever be streamed? Probably need to start a global online bitdevs for all us plebs who don't live in big cities.
Buying Bitcoin direct to multisig cold storage is the way to go. Definitely recommend.
Also, I think an underappreciated aspect of multisig with an org like Unchained is inheritance planning. Having a trusted, professional party in the loop who knows what they are doing is extremely valuable.
At this BTC price, difficulty, and power cost, miner capitulation is inevitable. It is just not sustainable.
@mikhael, you OK?
I sure hope you are right. My experience is that outside investors bring with them a whole new level of stress. If what you want are collaborators, how about bringing in a technical partner? Someone who will actually work side by side with you, every day. Give them some ownership instead of a VC.
Investors are not your friends, no matter what they tell you. Their advice and encouragement come at a steep price. You now work for them.
Come on, man. You are very close to having a business that will run itself, while you are sitting on a beach drinking Margaritas. Self-sovereignty!
SN seems like the perfect business to bootstrap and keep 100% ownership. I'd really reconsider. You can never get that ownership back. There are other options.
somebody somewhere says something stupid online (apparently), so hey let's use it to smear a huge group of people I don't like

That's giving them too much credit. They admitted to the tracking after they were caught doing it. Frankly, it is a huge breach of trust. If I wanted to be tracked, I'd just use Google. Delete DDG.
