I think it is more about the diet, more exercise because of the good weather and good medical services than the social interactions. But good to know. It makes sense to me. Being alone is depressing in general and can cause health issues.
Privacy is human right. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right_to_privacy
All the problem is when it comes to money and privacy and the taxes system. And all the global surveillance and all the AI data collection for ads and for security and any excuse to just kill the privacy. It is frustrating to try to have some privacy specially if you are using any kind of technology.
I didn't have the gun and horse. What I did was to go to wallets, go to lightning address one, and uncheck enabled, and save. then go to it again and enable it again. and found a gun and a horse. I didn't need to refresh the NWC one.
I didn't know what the horse and gun were. Now I know. Should be added to the FAQ page.
I tried finding purpose and therapy once, but it was not very helpful. It got me more depressed. Maybe I should try it again with more recent models?. It is really curious that these are the most popular use cases. This trend will get even worse when AI replaces most tasks that humans did.
reminds me to banking and the monetary system. and here is a quote:
"It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning."
You are probably underestimating the advances in quantum computers. They are already doing prime factorization algorithms and evolving fast. We may need to change the cryptography sooner than expected.
The coins will probably be moved before the cryptography vulnerability is announced. They would secretly get the coins before anything else.
To prevent this, I think there was and idea about a hard fork requiring coin holders to renew them periodically (could be years) to avoid losing the coins. This would burn Satoshi's coins and lost coins, giving a better representation of the total available supply.
Yes in that case I think it is an awesome tool. The issue is that normally it is used with a very low effort from the human side. Like a 1 minute human idea prompt to generate a full work in seconds, that reminds to other artists. That's where the problem is. Also it is problematic when it is used to generate deep fake or unauthorized images of other persons.
In other cases it can be used as an assistant for a more elaborated and personal work during days to reach the final result. That's great. So it always depends on how it is used.
AI generated art by AI? Or AI generated art by the instructions of a human? We like when AI help us to do something better, faster. Most people would agree that is good. But there is a fear feeling when AI teaches itself and generates whatever they want without human intervention. That's when we ask, are we, organic humans, going to be needed in the future? Not just for art but for anything?
As a vegan,(well almost vegan because the organic eggs from my ladies lovely hens are too good ;) I may be lucky that I barely remember last time I ate meat when I was a child. So no craving.
Organic should be more popular and less expensive as a consequence. But I've been hoping for that all my life and it doesn't seem to happen. Now I think if all good would be organic, we would not be able to feed the entire population. That's why my pessimistic message about good food being more and more expensive. I don't know. I've been very pessimistic lately.
Sometimes I can hear hunters shooting
and killing animals in the beautiful forests nearby, just for sport. I think they really need to kill something to feel they have accomplished something in life.
That's a good idea to remember. Not eating it, better than eating junk. It makes sense. I use to say we are what we eat. I don't want to be junk. ;)
My guess is that quality food is going to become more and more expensive. Health and wealth.
I see more and more dying bees each year. It is so frustrating and sad.
It seems the future is full of robots. Even tiny robot bees. That's not the solution IMO. I would prefer to save the bees.
Which novel is it?
enjoying this conversation on a Sunday. Most people I know won't understand. 😅
Thanks this was great.
I miss SN. Maybe I will find time now to come back and interact again. I see some things have changed. Cowboy credits? Horses and guns badges? And I need to connect a wallet, a node perhaps ... lots of homework to do. PD. Still doing push-ups even after 100K :) anyone still doing it?
This August I've been taking some time off without too much Internet, enjoying summer time. Totally recommend. But I'll be back :)
