I've lost sats to Blixt wallet too ( most likely due to my ignorance tbh) but still, there should be safeguards to prevents users from doing dumb shit. I think Blixt is for very advanced users.

I downloaded blixt wallet on my iphone.
I didn’t change any settings.
From the main screen I clicked on “receive”
It says send at least 540 sats and “Dunder LSP” will open a channel for you.
I sent 7000 sats from cashapp to the lightning invoice generated by blixt wallet.
Cashapp says it “sent”. Also received the notification from blixt wallet. But it suddenly disappeared.
