If you want zap automatically you have to choose something that supports NWC (Nostr Wallet Connect) and probably Alby is the easiest solution, but custodial. Mutiny supports NWC and is self custodial + open source (but mind it is still in beta). Otherwise you can use Zeus, great and open source, in the next major release it will include a full node too!
