Mets also had Cone in a couple of those rotations in the 80s as well, correct?
Cone came over the next year and was a huge part of the '88 team that crashed and burned in the NLCS against the Dodgers. Some fantastic seasons in his prime. Frank Viola came over in '89 and was damned good for a few seasons, too (even if the team fell off quickly).
