I tried and it didn't help. My node still couldn't find a path to muun
Did it work after you opened a channel to one of those nodes?
You work solely to pay the government 6 months out of the year. For that, you get a multiple-choice questionaire every couple of years where you don't even get to pick the questions. Voting doesn't matter. What really, really does matter is owning and using bitcoin outside of the slavery dollar system.
Strike is great, sure but they must make a deal with the devil to reach normies. I am amazed at the number of bitcoiners using and praising KYC services.
Do you intend to host your own bitcoin node or connect to a hosted one? Also, do you intend to support lightning?
Watching clown world flail around as it slowly (so very slowly) learns what bitcoin is.
If you keep the mined coin and pay for the electricity with fiat there really isn't a more pure way of anonymously acquiring bitcoin.
I can't buy a coffee with a bushel of wheat, but I can with bitcoin. Bitcoin is obviously not a commodity. So, they are categorizing bitcoin arbitrarily in order to gain power over users. But because their definitions are baseless and inadequate, the power they claim to hold is illegitimate.
ZHONG thereafter exchanged through an overseas cryptocurrency exchange all of the BCH Crime Proceeds for additional Bitcoin, amounting to approximately 3,500 Bitcoin of additional crime proceeds. Collectively, by the last quarter of 2017, ZHONG thus possessed approximately 53,500 Bitcoin of total crime proceeds (the “Crime Proceeds”).
As in every case where somebody gets busted, Zhong deanonymized himself by sending coin to an exchange. Exchanges are giant honeypots for the feds to use, because they are KYC touch points that serve to anchor the artifacts of their heuristical analysis (unproveable suspicion) into solidly identifying data. It's like when James Bourne shows up at the embassy with his real passport.
Great thread but.. once a spook always a spook.
It's probably a money shot. They look at the "returns" they are getting on asset seizure.
I use URLCheck and Untrackme on de-googled android, but yeah, they don't work perfectly.
I would like to add that on mobile, Twitter is already walled off. It detects your scrolling and blocks further viewing beyond the initial tweet that brought you to their site.
Analytics are heavy on probabilities and heuristics. Nothing can be nailed down until someone sends coin to an exchange. If you ever look at how the FBI tracks down bitcoin usage and busts people, it is always traced backward from the exchange, since the KYC positively id's all the analytics they have on your stack.
