I left work early so I can take a short nap before taking kids to art class, because I was quite sleepy. Went for a run during kids' art class. Another sunny day, not as hot today though, much more comfortable.
Today's stats:
  • 150 push ups (3 sets of 50)
  • 10km run at average pace of 5:32/km
  • cold shower
  • 20568 steps
