The Jolla C2 isn’t for everyone. It’s for those who believe their privacy is their own to control, who value trust over shortcuts, and who have the courage to make their own way. At Jolla, we have built our business on protecting your privacy. Your data is yours, not ours to monetize or share. We have chosen the hard path because privacy matters, and it is what you deserve. Have a look at our Privacy Policy, it actually honours your privacy and it’s truly one-of-a-kind.
Jolla C2 is a true Linux smartphone that works! Thanks to its 4G and VoLTE support, it is ready to be your trusted phone for everyday use. We’ve designed the Jolla C2 for those who value privacy, control, and the freedom to choose how they use their devices. It is built to be your trusted daily driver, combining the power of Sailfish OS with the flexibility of Android app compatibility. This includes options like microG, which provides a privacy-first experience without relying on traditional Google services.
Any feedback on it ?

I like the price!
I didn't see much info about apps. Is it only apps that have the APK option or is the Fdroid or Aurora for Google apps?
reply
Agree with you, the price is affordable
Sailfish OS does not support the Google Play store, because it relies on Google's proprietary background services only found on Android devices running Google's Android. We always advise against installing Google Services on SailfishOS. So yes to your question

How about maps? Photos?
I'm currently using CalyxOS and I find these 2 to be significantly worse than an Apple/Android phone.
