TLDR: The Liberals proposed Strong Borders Act law includes extraordinary new powers for law enforcement to coerce businesses and other service providers like doctors to give up client information without the need of a warrant. All law enforcement needs is 'reasonable grounds to suspect' an offence has been (wait for it) or will be committed.
