Too much snacking today. You guessed it, free food at work Overall, I didn't eat particularly poorly, but that completely blew up my fast.
I did stick with the cold shower again today, even though it felt extra cold for some reason. Maybe I need to be more active outside beforehand.

I think I'm on track to run the bitcoin price this month, provided that the price don't go on a crazy run the next few days. Sitting at 92.5km now. An easy 15km run on Sunday should do the trick.

  • 1.5km walk with wife
  • 5km run at average pace of 5:31/km

12k steps today but not much else exciting. Had salad for dinner but then ate an ice cream sandwich and some candy.

Even up to the ice cream sandwich it still seemed pretty good, but you just had to push it too far.
That's a lot of steps. Were you volunteer assistant coaching?

No I have a work project this weekend. I was wandering around a grocery store for 3 hours. Should get a lot of steps tomorrow too.

By the way the candy was my wife’s fault. She poured some candy in a bowl and put it on the table. What is this Halloween? That’s cruel and unusual punishment.

Many Southerners have the perverse custom of leaving candy in bowls all around the house. My grandma used to do the same thing.

Just finished my breakfast. Had masala peas with yogurt and Salad. I believe eating healthy is the best way to remain fit.
