I am assuming statutory annual leave includes national holidays and vacation days. Should be 18 in Canada. 8 stat holidays plus 10 days vacation.

No country stands a chance in it against India. There are only 3 national holidays but we get holidays on all festivals of all religions. Here's a list https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/public-holidays
