Reduction in Force moves here we goooooooooo!
More importantly was how the Justices themselves ended up as
Justice Sonia Sotomayor, another of the court’s Democratic-appointed justices who often dissents alongside Jackson, said she agreed with some of her concerns. But Sotomayor sided with the administration at this stage of the case.
This could finally help lead to substantial force reductions and changes to the size of the Federal Government.

So a lot had and they were in a holding pattern… now they can be executed. This next wave will be interesting to see because during all this a few Departments reopened the buyout period and essentially will just funnel those people out through there.
Hopefully this has given everyone time to also check on who they fire before they do cause the NNSA firings still embarrass me 🤦🏼‍♂️

Right, but there were also some that were about to be released, including from State just a couple of weeks ago supposedly.
I had seen NASA offer more buyouts. Did anyone else?

I know Department of Energy (DOE) did as well. I want to say Education might of? I feel like I'm missing one besides DOE

I think Ed had basically laid everyone off already and then the courts ordered them to rehire a bunch of people. I'm very excited for tomorrow.

It will be rather interesting to see play out! This ruling did allow for an agency to be challenged in court again over their layoffs which is why I think they will be much more calculated than they were beforehand.
Dang all these jobs cut to just feed the military industrial complex beast

No most don't in the slightest Health and Human Services or HHS, Department of Education, Department of Energy, Department of Interior etc. Have zero ties
