Today was pretty good, but I feel like I can still be more active. Probably getting better sleep will help.

12k steps. Played some backyard volleyball with the kids.

I was teaching my daughter how to play Aussie Rules Football the other day. It's an awesome game for kids.

That does sound fun.

It looks like you changed to a table format when reporting your day.
I haven't been posting the past few days because I was busy putting together and setting up my new PC. Been running more than usual though, because I'm trying to climb the leaderboard of the Runstr League. But this johnny9 guy is impossible to catch... Whoever he is.
Today's stats:
  • 50 push ups
  • 8km run at average pace of 5:18/km
  • cold shower
  • 16437 steps

Sounds like you've got yourself one of those fake rabbits that the dogs chase around the track.
I decided the table is easier for me to take note of everything and will be easier to add to.

Cryptographically signed fake rabbit.

im impressed you do the cold showers.
i returned to the mma gym for some more self-inflicted punishment. i might find another place though because the class i like only runs 1 night in the week. had a really great workout today.
i would love to hear your strategies for getting barefoot steps in. 7k seems like a lot for walking around the house/yard

I'm lucky to live in a neighborhood with smooth sidewalks where people don't break glass bottles everywhere, so when I walk the dog or we go to the pool I don't wear shoes.
I also bought "barefoot" shoes for work and going to the store.
reply
I've been wearing barefoot shoes since 2015.
No more back pain from flatter feet.
It takes time for your calf muscles to adjust and your shin muscles but it's worth it.

Yeah, I woke up with some lower leg soreness today but it loosened up as I moved around.

You are fasting for 23 hours?
Maybe you've already talked about this, but what's the schedule look like for you? eat dinner and then don't eat again until dinner time the next day?
reply
I've been doing one meal a day (OMAD) for a while. It was very unexpectedly easy for me, for some reason, so I stuck with it.
I don't have a specific schedule, but I usually eat a bunch right when I get off work because that's when my wife has food made. When I'm not at work, I eat at whatever time she cooks.

Did a lot of walking while editing videos yesterday.
Was onboarding the new client onto the Proof Of Work Fitness app and by the time I got to the gym it was closed.
I had dumbbells and parallettes in my car so I pulled out my ring light and recorded a sidewalk workout at the gym.

You’re so dialed in. I love the way you blend training into your other activities.
