They don’t have to take them for one and if they do they can only sell them for face value which is what they pay they can’t make money which well a lot did

It sounds like they can give them away. They just can't receive more than they paid for them.

What’s the protocol if they don’t want them or can’t go due to other obligations? Are they supposed to give them to another player?

It’s kinda wild that players who got tix would be doing something like this. What’s even crazier is how if they decline the fine and 2 years being unable to get tix unless they are playing they could get suspended 🤦🏼‍♂️ totallyyyyy not worth the price
