A little bit of snacking, but I kept all the eating to a narrow window. Opted for a hot shower to relax some tight muscles.
How'd you all do today?
Columbian sister in law's 40th. Gruelling all night dancing. My six year old managed to out last me. Am now in disgrace.
There’s no shame in having less energy than a six year old.
Slacked off all day. Had a very long nap after lunch then went to play some basketball with my nephew. Haven't touch the ball in a long while, feels good to shoot some hoops again, even if it was just shooting around.
Recovery day but I indulged myself with pastries from Paris Baguette. The king cream donut is godsend
