I did a serie of blood test and all seems good, except for this one:
eGFR 57 mL/min/1,73m²
It regards my kidney filtering capacity, I am a male 35-40 yo
Should I be worried? Drink more water?

ideally you would be > 90 mL/min at your age so may be a water issue but also could be another issue such as excessive diuretic use (caffeine, alcohol, nicotine) pre-diabetes or a vasoconstriction issue such as the beginning of hypertension
