If what is alleged is proven true this is going to throw a whole new cloud onto Shohei's activities outside baseball. I mean did his close friend actually end up taking the fall for him? With this now an issue it just really does start to make you wounder if he has a bunch of fall guys to cover for the golden goose.

I kid. Who knows. When you are at that level you can have shady people around you or easily be the shady person. Look at the swamp in DC and all the scandals there.

Scandal seems to be following Shohei. What's going on? Either he's surrounded by grifters, or he himself is a greedy bastard. Hard to imagine the latter given how much money he already has on his contract, but you never know.

Yeah...
I do wonder but also today scandal is a massive industry. I can't imagine being in the shoes of anyone like him. How would you trust anyone. I mean even family. Money does weird things to people.
