Besides the numerous 49ers on the team, it kind of reminds me of the 49ers roster construction in general, top heavy with no depth.
Starters
QB Brock Purdy
RB1 Christian McCaffrey
RB2 Bucky Irving
WR1 Xavier Worthy
WR2 Ricky Pearsall
WR3 Jauan Jennings
TE George Kittle
Flex RB James Cook
Super Flex QB Jordan Love
Def 49ers
Bench
QB Russell Wilson (until @Undisciplined trades for him)
RB Jordan James
WR Adam Thielen
WR Tyler Lockett
WR Demarcus Robinson
WR Brandon Aiyuk (PUP)
TE Zach Ertz
Def Houston Texans
WR position is weak until Aiyuk gets back and then maybe serviceable but he probably takes targets from Pearsall as well. RB is very strong but I can't afford a prolonged injury to top 3. Purdy or Love getting hurt is also problematic as due to lack of depth my superflex really needs to be a QB. Good at TE and Def.
Even though I would like to add one more good WR I don't really have the assets to acquire it. I am going to have to roll with the WR room I have, play the matchup game and hope to find a diamond in the rough on the waiver wire.
Like the 49ers, I am going as far as my top guys take me. Ride those horses!
Thanks to @Undisciplined @Public_N_M_E and @realBitcoinDog for helping to construct this masterpiece!
Sats for all,
GR
