Hey team! I'm doing research on how to have the the healthiest pregnancy and early childhood as possible. Everything from avoiding toxins, natural &home births, inputs to optimize baby health, etc. Goal is to minimize exposure to the healthcare system. Anyone have thoughts?

Look into midwives and doulas organizations. Depending on region they can often work outside the healthcare system.

Thank you. The actual birthing event is probably the biggest challenge. something, something, tradeoffs..

a midwife will help you all the way through pregnancy and post so they are a huge resource. sometimes can be bullshit in the other direction, so you just need to go in with a good sense of what you want
I think you'll also find pretty quickly that healthy is relative, so that's why I'd emphasize again being clear about your desired outcomes
