Overall was one of the best interviews where Sam actually had to answer hard questions from an experienced journalist. Good on him for doing it. Tucker didn’t let him skirt on anything, discussed everything religion, elon drama, openai drama, totalitarianism, and even admitted to holding Bitcoin.👌

I really find Altman hard to listen to.
Did he ask him about Worldcoin? @Car

Yes he tried to get him to answer some biometrics questions. But Sam was persistent that would not be the case, but said he had the right to change his mind in the future.
It’s interesting Tucker being Christian was looking for some type of order akin to what most people believe. It’s funny because Sam doesn’t understand why that’s important and he was basically answering like The Last Question, not realizing where this is all headed. It’s obvious to me he doesn’t have the moral framework to make these really hard decisions when it comes to humanity, hopefully this interview woke him up to that and he can began to find God.

When he was still at OpenAI I always wished Ilya did more of the talking... Altman never really says much of substance but Sutskever always struck me as having such high signal.
Before this interview I just assumed that kid committed suicide. After watching this, I put the odds 2:1 that Altman ordered the hit. He has a very punchable untrustworthy face though so I'm probably not judging him fairly.

Had never heard of the murder/suicide until this interview. Not sure why he would proceed with it. Especially if he knew Tucker would ask about it. I imagine the authorities are relooking into it now. I guess I just don’t understand what were they hiding?
