I treat my fitness like I treat Bitcoin: I DCA into my body.
Every step. Every stretch. Every workout logged — it’s a small deposit that compounds over time.
I don’t chase pumps or overnight transformations. I focus on low time preference health.
When you zoom out, your consistency is what builds strength — not motivation.
The same way stacking SATs builds wealth, stacking reps builds resilience.

People don’t gain weight overnight, and they won’t lose it overnight either. This is often something people forget.
Just like Bitcoin, as you said, DCA in and don’t care about the dips. You won’t get rich overnight, but will build generational wealth one sat at a time.

Fitness is just like hygiene to me. I don't skip rushing my teeth and I make sure to hit my workout and my steps, my water, my sleep, and social engagement because it all matters.

One of the big benefits of coaching is that you learned how your coach thinks. That's something that my coach taught me and now when I encounter problems I think more like he does which is leading to my continued success.
