Stop blaming people for your missed protein goals or going over on calories. It’s not their body that needs to change — it’s yours.
Fitness is one of the few things in life that can’t be bought. It doesn’t matter how wealthy you are — you still have to put in the work.
Because at the end of life, people would give up every dollar they have for more time and better health. The only way to buy that is through the effort you invest now.
