based on the current dynamics in bitcoinland, the proposal probably comes from someone in base-consciousness, existing on a checkered board, in duality consciousness (us vs them mentality), and perhaps even really trying to do good; the things is, goodness cannot manifest without proper knowledge inputs; doesn't matter how hard someone cares, if it's in the wrong direction, the actions will be wrong; "dark care" i call it;
in occult numerology, number 4 is an indicator of base-consciousness;
the earth or ground is typically represented by a square, cube, or number 4;
it is an indicator of someone who has not begun raising themselves;
the dollar sign is located on the keyboard number "4;"
