Q: Do you prefer reading physical books or digital ones?
A: I prefer to read physical books because it offers me a variety of benefits. One important benefit is how choosing books that appeal to me at the library is an enjoyable experience in itself. I love browsing through the shelves and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere at the library. It never fails to help me calm down and relieve my stress. Just recently, I visited the library at the Japanese Association. I was impressed by how the patrons sat quietly in straight rows when reading a book, immersed in their own world and not disturbing anyone else. I also mentally applauded the thoughtful and eye-catching displays. Christmas was nearing, and the librarians found two cut-out books of Santa Claus. I feel that it is only when we read physical books that we get access to a vibrant community: the librarians who clearly love their work and like-minded people who love books. So, I suggest that schools encourage students to read physical books so that they not only improve their reading skills, but also strengthen their connection with the community.

Definitely physical books. I don't like reading on an e-reader. I would rather listen to an audiobook than read a digital book.

as working close to authors, editors and in the book area most of my projects, I do prefer physical books in all circumstances. from my observations, readers of digital books often tend to not pay for the books and this affects the book market in the long term. but, I often say: as long as someone reads there is still hope no matter the book type or the medium.

También me gustan los libros impresos, no te niego que también leo digitalmente, la razón es que en ocasiones quitan el fluido eléctrico y leer nunca aburre ni ocupa espacio, así que para mí leer es divertido siempre que tengo tiempo.

Definitely physical books. I've never been a fan of them else when I had to read a lot of literature for becoming a teacher in college.
