Lakers did look like they were going to mount a comeback but the Spurs were just too fast for them in the second half. They were at the basket on almost every possession.
Fox hit some big 3s as well. Any time the Lakers looked like they were going to make a game of it Fox hit them with another dagger.
Clutch player of the year at work!
I was discussing possible landing spots for Giannis with my nephew the other day and which teams have the resources trade for him. The Spurs came up on our discussion, and it sounded like a pretty legit trade, since Spurs has picks.
Giannis for Castle, Sohan, bunch of other guys to balance the salary, and 2 to 3 first round picks. Maybe throw in some second round picks in there as well? What do you guys think?

That’s probably my favorite landing spot for Giannis. Twin Towers 2.0!

So Lakers lost? Were they even one of the choices?!

You could have picked them against the Spurs, like most of us

I would rather see him go to the Spurs than the Knicks. If Wemby and Giannis could stay healthy that might be a duo that can beat OKC.

Yep. Fox, Champagnie, Vassell, Giannis, Wemby. That is one scary looking starting line up.

I think Harper will work his way into the starting lineup, before too long.

Ron Harper is back? Might as well. He will be the Philip Rivers of the NBA.
I asked AI if Dylan Harper and Ron Harper were related and it said "Yes, Dylan Harper is the son of former NBA champion Ron Harper, making them father and son."
Haha thanks for clearing that up. Just incase I didn't get the "is the son of" part.

I know I would rather deal Fox and hold onto Castle

I like bringing in Giannis to make them a contender early in Wemby's career, but otherwise completely being on Wemby's timeline.
