Hey stackers,

I built this to orange pill my family and help them manage their Bitcoin without trusting some random company with their data.

Needed something simple enough for my parents to use, but private enough that their balances aren't sitting in plaintext on a server somewhere.

Privacy by design:

  • Client-side encryption - balances are encrypted locally before they ever leave the device
  • E2EE group chats - coordinate with family/friends and send sats without anyone (including me) reading messages
  • No KYC, no email required - sign up and start tracking immediately
  • You hold the keys to your data, not me

What you can do:

  • Track your stack across hardware wallets, exchanges, and cold storage
  • Visualize where you stand on the Power Law chart
  • Calculate Bitcoin-backed loan scenarios (get fiat without selling)
  • DCA tracker to see true cost basis and unrealized gains
  • Family sharing to help onboard nocoiners and track together

The philosophy is in the name: neversellyourbitcoin.live

Core tools are free. Enhanced Security (full encryption) comes with a 60-day free trial for those who want maximum privacy.

If you're trying to orange pill your own family, maybe this helps. Open to feedback.

Why would someone who cares about their privacy have any coins on an exchange?

Why would someone who will never sell their Bitcoin need a live tracker that measures their gains/losses in fiat?

Fair questions.

  1. The tracker works across hardware wallets, exchanges, AND cold storage. Most people DCA on exchanges before moving to cold storage - tracking the full picture matters. Families can share and keep an eye on their cumulative stacking progress.
  2. Fiat tracking serves a few purposes beyond selling: calculating collateral for Bitcoin-backed loans (get fiat without selling), tax reporting (required in most jurisdictions), and showing family/nocoiners their gains in terms they understand. The Power Law chart is really about visualizing where you stand on the adoption curve.
