I don't know if it's a good thing that Bleacher Report and I are on the same page but I think the Spurs deserve to take over the #1 spot after beating the Thunder 3 times in 10 days.
They single handedly destroyed the Thunder's potential record setting season.
It blows our minds in San Antonio how fast this is all happening. The epitome of selfless team basketball and a generational talent in Wemby. OKC is still nice however we have a way deeper bench too! GO SPURS GO!

Yes, but one game did occur on a neutral site. If it was a the western conference finals the first two games would have happened in OKC and the third in SA. Whereas in this case game 1 was LV, game 2 SA and game 3 OKC. Seems unlikely Spurs would have won 2 in a row in OKC but who knows they seem to have their number. One more game between the two this season. Let's see how that one goes. If Spurs win that one they definitely at least have the mental edge going into a playoff series.
