He sucked. 3 years is an eternity in the NFL

2 years where he won 0 divisional games and for being a “defensive coach” we we’re getting blown out in more than 50% of games allowing 30+ points consistently

Need to win a few divisional games or at least be competitive to survive. NFC west is a hard division but that just raises the bar.

To be fair, like you said as a defensive coach... He shoulda had a better defence. But Marv was injured all year. Kylers useless now. He didn't have a whole lot to work with.

He and Petzing have fucked up Marvs development and make him look like a day 2/3 pick WR

Going into this season expectations were high and cards were projected to win 8ish games.

Injuries played a part but look at the 49ers. Good coaches find ways to win. He refused to adjust, won’t fire petzing, and dug his own grave
