During the last year that I wasn't participating in SN, the most important thing I did was to start living solely on the Bitcoin in my small coffers.

For about a year now, I've been converting every penny I had into Bitcoin. And every time I make a profit in Fiat, I immediately transfer it to SATS on Telegram's Lnp2pbot. I have also used Mostro, Robosats, and fixedfload.

It feels good to truly own your money. Once I understood government money, I understood Bitcoin, and I said that I couldn't have anything other than Bitcoin if I really wanted to get closer to my medium- and long-term goals.

Whenever I need to make payments in fiat (if I've already converted everything), I only exchange the sats necessary to cover that expense. I deposit the sats that are for the long term on-chain, and there they stay.

I also managed to do some simple jobs that will pay me directly in Bitcoin. I have met other trustworthy Bitcoiners, and on occasion we have made some deals and carried them out by paying in from person to person.

Now I'm back on SN and I want to resume my writing in these forums where you can learn a lot and perhaps participate in the philosophy of value for value when I am able to share a resource that may be valuable to another user.

Excellent work.

Do you run your own node?

reply

No, I haven't been able to get to that level yet. It's on my to-do list. What recommendations could you give me?

reply

I prefer using Start9 but some people on here might advise you to run Core or Knots without a β€œnode in a box” service.

how's it going? Having fun staying/getting poor(er)?

reply

Why the question?

Will you give me the formula for getting out of poverty or something similar?

reply

because all bitcoin has been doing for 4 months is go down-down-dooooown. (While gold and macro assets etc have been roaring.)

Not good, not impressive

I must say thanking for posting about your real life experiences regarding Bitcoin.

And thank you for reading. I learn a lot from reading about other people's experiences, so I hope someone can learn something from reading about mine.
