My take is not to structure your life based on this question. Maybe it goes lower, maybe it goes higher. Living the right way doesn't depend on that. Better to study ethics and philosophy as you work honestly in the world.
Personally, I think this downward trend will last a little longer, and that we will see new highs in at least two years. How long will we be below 100k? It is very difficult to predict. But what I can assure you with great certainty is that we will not be at discount levels forever.
