A complaint filed with the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF) describes a U.S. unit combat readiness briefing where a commander allegedly framed the Iran war in explicitly biblical terms.

“all part of God’s divine plan”

“referenced… the Book of Revelation… Armageddon”

“President Donald Trump has been anointed by Jesus… to cause Armageddon”

“this will destroy morale and unit cohesion”

Source (MRFF-published complaint; not independently verified):

MRFF says it has received 110+ similar complaints across 30+ installations (MRFF’s claim):

If even part of this is accurate, this isn’t just rhetoric.

This is religious framing inside a chain of command.

The Constitution doesn’t authorize war to be sold as prophecy, and it doesn’t authorize commanders to turn readiness briefings into sermons.

That’s not strategy.
That’s power wrapped in religion.

“Trump has been anointed by Jesus to light the signal fire in Iran to cause Armageddon…”
“in violation of the oaths we swore to support the Constitution.”
commanders “especially delighted” by “how bloody all of this must become”
