Thank you to everyone that has played Sat Seer! For those that are new, it is a remake of an old game where you see a blurry image (that gets progressively clearer) and pay to make a guess at what the image is about. If you guess right, you win the pot!
I haven't had any new images up recently because I was working on a new game mechanic. I hope everyone thinks it is fun!
You can now pay 200 sats to remove the dark tunnel from the image, but more importantly get access to "Intense Focus" which is the ability to pay to temporarily increase the clarity (for you only).
I would love to hear your thoughts!

Did you get it? Still so few seem to be playing, I'm running out of ideas on how to keep this game going, but I really want to keep it going!

I was just reading through some of the old posts of the original game that inspired sat seer, and I realized something that I did not remember from when I used to play it.
The original game would post a picture that expired after 5 days! (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=183240.msg1967167#msg1967167)
I think I've been rushing the game. I'm going to try and put up a longer expiry, maybe it will give a chance for more people from different time zones/schedules to see it and come back to it several times. Would also help me to not burn through sats so quickly.

Yeah, it was all on-chain so you didn't know if you won or not until the next block confirmed. He said that if multiple people guessed the correct answer in the same block, he went with whichever one his database received first as the winner and the others would get their bitcoin sent back.
I remember getting the right answer before and instead of getting the pot, getting a refund. Was a bummer knowing I was so close!
This is a really cool twist on the original idea. The “Intense Focus” feature sounds like it adds a nice strategy layer.
