Started the day with a mis‑sized board and a shed that hasn’t been clean since the MPCNC was new.
Fixed the mistake, re‑ran the cut, and ended up with something real anyway.
This is the part of building nobody glamorizes — the sideways steps before anything moves forward.
Angel Industries and half my ideas get built in this exact chaos.

Classic build day. Mis-cuts and mess = eventual wins. Keep going!
I'm so glad that it's not just me who experiences these issues. I think it was Einstein said that there is 99 fails before success. That's Einstein who only has 99. For me it's more like 999. I've built 4 full CNC machines, countless 3d printers, engravers, and lots of different CNC style machines. I have a large 4' x ???* Machine 80% done sitting in my shop doing nothing as I don't have the space for it currently. I live on an island and there are very very few CNC machines here. Example I seen a 4 x 8 machine that was probably about 20+ years old running grbl I believe. Selling price was $100,000($70,000 us) I build machines and they cost me $500-750 to build.
Happens to the best of us!
All the time.
