A number of the 49ers content guys I follow really liked hm for 49ers. One of those guys is a former NFL scout. He was really high on him but I think in the 4th.
Raiders are switching to 3-4 this season and need more guys who fit that scheme

The only thing I could see is if they want to use him as a short yardage back. Apparently he runs hard and is really strong. Still way too early. Probably could have gotten an undrafted FA to do that.

49ers trade Dee Winters to Cowboys for a 5th round pick. They soured on Winters but he has a lot of potential. Should get a fresh start in Dallas. A 5th seems kind of light though.
