I don't think they have much control over the ads, all served via admob/gdn maybe if they do direct deals with brands in the future, they can start selling that inventory and pay natively in bitcoin it would be better but thats alot of work
But for now, you're taking the highest bidder from an open auction and then waiting a month to get your payout by Google, unfortunately, that's how the ad game works
I play THNDR's games a little everyday, I think Bitcoin Bounce is my fav, but why do the ads have to be so goddam scammy looking.

It’s a game I would play without the rewards. Bitcoin block has become my go to when I have some downtime.
Great game and their design is always top notch.
