Yesterday was Family Day; it had been a while since we sat down together to enjoy a delicious meal prepared by my wife's prodigious hands. (She'll read this post 😉).
And I prepare this delicacy...
In most countries, it's simply known as "lasagna." It's typically made with pasta or pasta sheets as one of the main ingredients, and these sheets are what separate the layers during preparation.
It also contains meat, ham, and mozzarella cheese.
In Venezuela it is called "Pasticho" and in some parts of the country the pasta or pasta sheets are replaced by "Ripe Fried Plantains"
It's truly delicious, and I encourage you to try it.
I must say, it was delicious, and I'm having it again for dinner tonight 😋😋
Have you ever had it?
