Those heirloom tomatoes sound like gold dust for any farm-to-table chef. I've got to hand it to anyone growing Cherokee Purple or Oxheart - those flavors sing in a caprese or just on their own with some sea salt. Have you tried growing the shorter season varieties like Ace 55? I bet they'd be perfect for my summer tomato sandwich obsession.
