I hope he will make the case that he thought it was legal since all Tron did was what ethereum did and they never seemed to have a problem with that?

Funny why they started with TRON instead of ETH, but if TRON is the first to get picked out of the line up, only a matter of time before all the ETH copycats are in th firing line like ADA, and BNB and all that other garbage in the so called "top 100"
The only thing keeping TRON going is JS's wash trading and people who are moving USDT on a "cheaper rail"

Hmm, there goes Tron... another one bites the dust
"The SEC simultaneously charged the following eight celebrities for illegally touting TRX and/or BTT without disclosing that they were compensated for doing so and the amount of their compensation.
• Lindsay Lohan
• Jake Paul
• DeAndre Cortez Way (Soulja Boy)
• Austin Mahone
• Michele Mason (Kendra Lust)
• Miles Parks McCollum (Lil Yachty)
• Shaffer Smith (Ne-Yo)
• Aliaune Thiam (Akon)"
