Today I’ve got a big one for you: Will total NBA points exceed 300,000 this season?
Last year, explosive offenses and deep postseason runs shattered records, pushing the combined total across the regular season and playoffs over the 300k mark for the first time (finishing right around 301,000 points).
With teams currently averaging roughly 114–115 points per game, the regular season safely locks in 281,000 points. The real swing factor is the postseason. A few quick 4-game sweeps could crush the Under, while a couple of grueling 7-game series will send the Over to the moon.
Can the league repeat this massive scoring milestone, or will fatigue, defensive adjustments, and shorter playoff series cause it to fade?

Tough one. Scoring seems to be consistently increasing so I think I will side with YES early in season and then adjust if needed.
