Agreed, I live mostly vegetarian/pescetarian too

Not an expert, but taxing wont solve this issue. Instead of wasting resources on carbon sequestration, better to put that $ into developing more safe nuclear technology.
Solar and wind, just doesn't cut it inmho, is just making things worst.
