The issue with having a custom "kind" for the marketplace is that many relays will not allow it in order to prevent any liability.

Nostr is decentralized and it will be up to each client and relay wether or not they want to implement this

It allow creation of Marketplaces on Nostr using Bitcoin and Lightning Network :)
